Description

The pAMC_Pack plasmid serves as the fundamental structural component for producing lentiviral vectors.

It is engineered to express the gag and pol genes, which are indispensable for the assembly of the viral core and the enzymatic activity of reverse transcriptase.
Its role is critical in ensuring the efficient formation and maturation of virions. For comprehensive and effective lentiviral packaging, pAMC_Pack is designed to be co-transfected with pAMC_Rev and pAMC_Env, which provide the necessary Rev protein and envelope for pseudotyping.
