Lentivirus plasmids

Plasmid DNA for LVV production. For comprehensive and effective lentiviral packaging, the lentivirus plasmids pAMC_Env, pAMC_Pack and pAMC_Rev are designed to be co-transfected.

pAMC_Env is engineered to express the vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSVG), the definitive standard for high-performance lentiviral pseudotyping.
pAMC_Pack serves as the fundamental structural component for producing lentiviral vectors, engineered to express the gag and pol genes, which are indispensable for the assembly of the viral core and the enzymatic activity of reverse transcriptase.
pAMC_Rev is engineered to express the Rev (Regulator of Virion Expression) protein, a critical trans-acting factor in the lentiviral life cycle. It is a core component of our packaging system.

Together, these plasmids supply the necessary structural and regulatory proteins for successful vector production. Each plasmid is available in R&D, HQ and cGMP quality.
