Description
AMCAP ™ F-LucFirefly-Luciferase (F-Luc) mRNA expresses the enzyme firefly luciferase protein which catalyzes the oxidation of luciferin, a light-producing molecule found in fireflies.
This reaction produces bioluminescence, which is the emission of light by a living organism. This mRNA is capped with Cap1 structure with high capping efficiency and designed with a 100A tail to mimic mature mRNA.
