The pAMC_Env is engineered to express the vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSVG), the definitive standard for high-performance lentiviral pseudotyping.

Incorporation of the VSVG protein confers two critical advantages: exceptional particle stability and a vastly expanded host range. This broad tropism enables efficient gene delivery into a diverse array of mammalian cells, establishing it as a cornerstone for both fundamental research and therapeutic development. For optimal lentiviral packaging, pAMC_Env is intended for co-transfection with pAMC_Pack and pAMC_Rev to supply the necessary structural and regulatory proteins.
